Rios, they can be very discriminatory against non-Russians. Particularly if the non-Russian also happens to be non-white. Whether that's racism or just a national inclination to look down their noses at outsiders, I don't know. In my experience, the most discriminatory country on earth is India. Anyway, Russia fascinates me.

Russia is no more racist than Poland, possibly less because its had a long history of mixing of races within the federation. Funny how Russia doesn't seem to suffer from repeated terror attacks from home grown islamic terrorists.
